BMJ OPEN返修稿格式审查一直没过，求指导

各位老师，BMJ OPEN返修格式审查三次了都没过，编辑邮件如下，请教老师们我该怎么弄，谢谢！

1) Please remove the figures embedded in your manuscript, leaving only the separate uploaded files. Please ensure that your figures legends are clearly listed in the manuscript after the references.

2) Please include figure legends at the end of your main document file.

3) Tables should be in Word format and placed in the main text where the table is first cited. Please remove your table files, embedding them into the main text where the table is first cited. Tables should be created within the word document, not inserted as an image.
