medicine投稿经历

本人今年4.26投稿一篇meta至medicine，今天投稿状态变更为required review completed. 同时收到邮件如下：All of the initial requested reviews for your submission have been received; however, further reviews may be necessary. You will be notified of the editorial decision regarding the submission as soon as it is received. 请问这是什么意思?距离最后的编辑决定需要等多久?希望有投过medicine的前辈可以予以解答。
