medicine投稿疑问

请教各位老师们一个问题，本人十一月份在medicine投稿了一篇文章。十二月中旬系统状态变更为required review completed. 同时收到邮件如下：All of the initial requested reviews for your submission have been received; however, further reviews may be necessary. You will be notified of the editorial decision regarding the submission as soon as it is received. 意思是还需要进一步外审吗？还是说只是在等待编辑决定？这个however就整得人很慌。
