RILI的风险因素主要包括：

• 放射因素
• 疾病因素
• 宿主因素

没有可用的实验室或影像学检查可确诊RP，所以RP是个临床诊断。

Clinical algorithm outlining the assessment and management of RILI. Suspicion of RILI should be initiated when a patient’s physical examination findings correlate temporally (typically within 3 months) with completion of thoracic radiation.

最终，DILI的诊断是基于放疗的部位、剂量、技术，同时结合症状、起病时间、影像学表现、实验室检查，并排除其它疾病。
