Shock, defined as inadequate perfusion resulting in the inability to maintain aerobic cellular respiration, is the most critical situation faced by any patient, and the most precarious for providers (1). Resuscitation of shock requires multiple simultaneous assessments and therapeutic decisions to optimize oxygen delivery and allow end-organ cellular activity the best opportunity to maintain viable organ function. Such resuscitation in the emergency setting requires reliable and readily available endpoint markers to guide therapy. These endpoints should ideally provide valuable information regarding the macrocirculation, microcirculation, and cellular metabolic state of the patient.
1.providers医护?
2.Resuscitation of shock requires multiple simultaneous assessments and therapeutic decisions to optimize oxygen delivery and allow end-organ cellular activity the best opportunity to maintain viable organ function.
