摘要： 口腔衰弱作为一个新概念在衰弱领域被提出，指伴随认知及身体功能衰退口腔功能低下，与衰弱、肌少症、残疾及死亡等诸多老年人不良事件有关。本文回顾了口腔衰弱的定义、临床特征及诊断标准，对口腔衰弱的研究现状、评估工具及相关影响因素进行总结。提出未来研究可结合我国实际情况，从开发适合我国口腔衰弱老年人的评估工具，开展口腔衰弱的调查性研究、丰富研究设计内容和方法以及加强干预研究四方面方面进行。

Abstract: Oral frailty has been recently suggested as a novel construct defined as a decrease in oral function with a coexisting decline in cognitive and physical functions which is associated with sarcopenia, frailty, disability,and mortality. We briefly review the definition, symptoms, diagnosis criteria and assessment tool of oral frailty, and describe its research status as well as possible influencing factors among oral frailty, suggesting that introducing or creating standard assessment tool, carrying out more cross sectional studies and longitudinal studies，enriching study methods and contents as well as enhancing oral frailty intervention study will be the directions for future study.
