1)CV要改之又改,exactly highlight企业要skills (词要exactly the same)
proficient in doing...
capable of doing...
have the knowledge of doing...
eg: 比如说sub-scleral injection, 如果没有做过,就说have experience in doing another injection, but for this I have the knowledge in doing this。
说bring in additional skills/assets of ... to the team.
Cover letter
还会问how to incorporate these skills into your research plan. 你可以说你会如何做,然后结尾强调bring beneficial expertise to the team.
HR; 2. Hiring manager; 3.
3)IV以后send a Thank You letter. Thanks for their time. I am deeply impressed by the diversity of the team. Or what else impressed you. 说I'm looking for a good team to work with.
4) negotiate salary. Since you can't ask for more later. If the team is the one I'm looking for, I'm sure we'll reach an agreement on the salary.
(of course they do! they don't want to waste their time on someone who don' want to come).
Tips for taking an offer:
- Do not, under any circumstances, accept the offer the same day they made it. "Oh thank you! This is good news! I'm so pleased." "I'd like to know more about the offer." 1) Know your value. 2) Know your target salary & benefits. 3) Know your strategy. 4) Practice, practice, practice!
- Always proceed courteously and professionality. 1) Don't feel nervous, ashamed, or worried about it. 2) Be mature, open, reasonable, and somewhat firm. 3) Don't be greedy or get full of yourself.
- Ask. You'll never get what you don't ask for.
We are just asking for compensation fairly and equitably. But oftentimes, equal work for unequal pay, and tends to cumulate in a lifetime of earning differences.
