CT chest demonstrated vague soft tissue thickening of the ascending aorta and proximal to mid-descending aorta with a mild outpouching along the medial aspect of the descending thoracic aorta
胸部 CT 显示升主动脉和降主动脉中部近端软组织模糊增厚，沿降主动脉内膜轻度外凸
问：
1、proximal to mid-descending aorta是降主动脉的近段和中段，还是中段降主动脉的近端
2、a mild outpouching along the medial aspect of the descending thoracic aorta。“medial aspect ”是什么部位，向腔内凸，还是向腔外凸
