关于是否选择t检验的问题？

本人文章里面做的实验，如pcr，wb，cck8，迁移实验等等都是重复了三次，每次都是三个副孔。分组有的是两组，有的三组。我在论文里面写的是t检验，最近审稿专家问我有没有进行正态分布检验，用的什么方法？我们就做了三次实验，每次三个副孔，能做正态分布检验嘛？如果不能做正态分布检验，还能用t检验嘛？下面是专家的提问，我们的回答，专家第二次提问。

Question(1). Had the data been tested by normal fitting? What method?

Answer(1): The OD value data measured by using cck8 to detect cell proliferation have been fitted with a fitting test according to the requirements of the instructions, and the obtained R2 was close to 1, indicating the reliability of the experimental data.

Response: In my opinion, the reliability of the experimental data and whether they obey normal distribution are two different concepts
