contracture与increase并列吗？

这个理解对吗？想问一下contracture与increase并列吗？如果并列就是说：
“胆管内压力增加”和“Oddi括约肌和胰管平滑肌等收缩”是不同的两件事，但都是因阿片类药物引起的，那为啥又说including contracture？如果不是一件事，是不是contracture是increases in intrabiliary pressure的原因，也就是说通过“Oddi括约肌和胰管平滑肌的痉挛”，引起了胆道内压力升高，可这样似乎从语法上说不通，including 也说不通？谢谢
