我是这么理解的：
在股骨外侧创伤、感染(如结核)和晶体沉积基础上高强度反复使用阔筋膜张肌和臀中肌所致。
书上是这么翻译的：
反复高强度运动所致阔筋膜张肌和臀中肌反复磨损、感 染(如结核) 和晶体沉积均可引起 GTPS
大转子疼痛综合征(greater trochanteric pain syndrome，GTPS)，书上的翻译感觉不正确？
