一、pathergy在下列3个句子中如何翻译？

问：pathergy在不同的地方如何反译？在3中是否可译成针刺试验，但你查字典可能查出“过敏反应性测试”。在1中cutaneous pathergy lesions译成“皮肤过敏反应性损伤”，在2中pathergy reaction译成“过敏反应”。这三个综合看起来，前后不一致，好像两个东西，如何统一起来？

二. Oral Aphthae和Oral ulceration有什么区别。如有区别，如何用中文表示出来。如翻译成阿弗他，这只是音译，内涵是什么？ 如果是一个东西，它为什么写成两个字。我只能都翻译成溃疡。
