求助：澳洲考AMC学历认证问题

大神们，小女子最近遇到个学历认证问题。

国内医学影像专业毕业，拿的是医学学士学位。打算考澳洲AMC行医，但是去ecmfg拿学位证官网指定翻译件认证，说不给认证。求大神们指导下一步怎么办？
