Answer 答案：
Meningococcal disease also can present as bacteremic pneumonia, arthritis, and pericarditis. Noninvasive infections such as pneumonia without bacteremia, conjunctivitis, or urethritis also might occur.
脑膜炎球菌性疾病还可以表现为菌血症性肺炎，关节炎，和心包炎。可能出现的非侵入性感染有没有菌血症的肺炎，结膜炎，或尿道炎。
