Not all cases of infectious mononucleosis are caused by the Epstein-Barr virus, with approximately 10% of cases arising from other viruses such as HIV, cytomegalovirus, and hepatitis B.
不是所有的传染性单核细胞增多症由爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒引起，大概10%病例是由其它病毒引起，如HIV，巨细胞病毒，或B型肝炎病毒。
