初试擦线，复试逆袭上岸，分享一下经验

首先介绍一下我自己，我是2020考研党，考的是双非一本院校的医学专业的研究生，初试擦线，应该排在倒数前三吧，专硕50+进30+，最后成功上岸，现在想起来多少有点梦幻。对于初试的准备我就不多说了，我初试复习的很仓促，没有太花心思，我相信大家都能做的比我好，也有很多人介绍过初试的经验，都可以借鉴一下，今天我主要分享一下我复试的准备，由于疫情的原因，我们学校今年还是采取线上复试的形式，希望我说的建议能帮助到大家。

1.      自我介绍

首先是自我介绍方面，自我介绍分为中英文，今年我学校要求中英文都要有，我把我自己的自我介绍放在帖子的最后。

a.对于英文自我介绍，我认为最关键的是前30s，是黄金30s，你要尽可能把握好这段时间，把你的发光发亮的点表达出来，因为老师们其实也不会特别集中注意力听你的自我介绍，所以的话刚开始的部分相当重要。如果你拿过比较多的奖项奖学金就可以尽量往上摆；如果你本科过得比较平淡，就去发掘自己的闪光点，优先级：学术科研经历>学科竞赛经历>社会实践经历>学习培训经历>校园实践经历。就拿我的自我介绍为例，我本科期间没有发表过论文，也没有参与过科研，绩点也不高，甚至六级也没过，我就着重于写我本科教学经历和自己的实习经历，向老师表明我本人的动手能力还是比较强的，并且在未来科研路上是有一定潜质的。这里不是特别推荐写与专业不太相关的方面，比如说我在某某社团，担任什么职位，业余爱好之类，因为老师并不是注重你这些点，别因此浪费掉这黄金30s，如果绩点低本科成绩不太好，就尽量轻描淡写带过或者尽量不提。写完了开头，就到了中间内容的部分，可以写自己的性格品质这些内容来过渡。紧接着可以写研究生的规划，记得要尽量的有条理也就是有逻辑，让老师知道你读研是有所规划有目标的。最后点评一下自己报考的学校专业，某某学校有很好的学术氛围以及高资格的能力，我对这个专业很感兴趣，我很适合这个专业。这样规划好一篇自我介绍是比较ok的。如果发音不太标准，可以请英语比较好的同学录一份录音来模仿，对着镜子多练。

b.对于中文自我介绍，我比较推荐的是腿姐复试课上的模板。注意腿姐所提到的几个点，URR原则与总分格式。

总：各位老师你们好！非常荣幸能够参加今天的面试。我的名字叫做***，来自**，本科就读于**大学**专业。回顾我的大学*年，最核心的是**、**。（1-2个类型两点，对科研的向往，对学术的热忱，对专业的支持，具体某专业，具体某爱好，具体某性格等）。分：首先是。其次是。

这样写简单明了，比较有逻辑，有些同学可能自我介绍还会介绍家乡，其实我觉得有点不是特别有必要，氛围可能会显得有点尴尬，说自己的名字的时候也不要用“我叫**”，应该说“我的名字是**/我的名字叫做**”。后面的具体内容就围绕你两个核心来描写，同时你所说的要自己在后面的问答有所准备，也就是所谓给老师“挖坑”，因为老师很可能会根据你的自我介绍来引申问题。

2.      问答

问答方面也有中英文问答之分，中文问答注重逻辑，英文问答要求没那么高有内容，回答流畅就可以了，不过都要做好两手准备，个人建议问题的答案自己组织，不会显得那么突兀死板。比如像问你有什么缺点这类的问题中文的回答和英文的回答就不太一样，英文你可以答你个人比较完美主义，但是翻译成中文会显得有些不妥当，中文的话可以说一些对专业不相关没多大影响的小缺点。在问答这一方面还是要多看专业课的书，掌握基础概念，同时对自己学科前沿的一些文献要有所了解，我复试准备的时候看了有六十多篇文献，当然其实不需要看那么多，最主要是要把最近几年比较重大的发现或者变化记下来，看文献的同时要整理笔记方便记忆。假如自己本科有写过论文的，要对自己论文的结构熟练，不然到时候在复试现场一问三不知。对于自己所希望报考的老师，看他以第一作者的身份发表的文章就可以了，关注一下那些发表在学科领域中比较出名的期刊的文献，大概看三四篇差不多了，也是要把文献中的结论方法大概记一下。关于回答问题的逻辑，掌握总分总的答法，先表明自己的立场观点再分点叙述原因，最后再来一个总结。还有一点可以注意一下的是，回答问题之前可以适当地停顿3s左右，说谢谢老师的提问，再回答问题，不会显得像是在背诵答案。假如遇到不会的问题，可以回答“谢谢老师的提问，你所问的方向我还没有一个明确的思路，但是我对别的一些相关的有所了解，……（相关的内容），如果不对请老师见谅，我会把这个问题记录下来，回去自己找到最合适的答案，如果有机会希望能和老师们分享我的看法。”，实在是一点都不会，那就省略掉中间对别的方向的一些见解内容，回答问题答不出不用太紧张，老师并不是特别在乎你会多少，老师考核你的不仅仅是你的知识储备，更是你的应变能力，放松点回答问题往往会有更好的结果。回答问题的时候尽量少给自己挖坑，少说自己不会的知识点，别逞强。今年可能还要准备一下关于疫情方面的问题。英文问答方面我把我自己整理的一些答案以及问题都在后面会放上来给大家参考一下。

3.      文献翻译

有的学校是有文献翻译这部分的，主要是靠平时的积累了。可以搜索一些专业英语书籍阅读，熟悉一下专业名词。或者教材后面有各个名词解释的英文，都可以去看一看记一记。也可以自己在pubmed上下载一些专业相关的文献，自己尝试翻译，这部分主要是靠个人的积累了，短期提高不太明显。

4.      笔试

今年由于疫情的原因大部分学校取消了笔试，改为面试的时候直接口述问题，这个难度是加大了很多，毕竟笔试还能慢慢想着怎么“吹水”，笔试部分尽量找到往年的复试真题，真题真的非常有用！！！除了复习专业课，可能还需要我们去按着真题学习，比如我学校以往笔试答案都十分的开放，都是什么技术在什么领域的应用研究这一类，我们就可以针对这样的题目去网上搜索一下。当然专业课的书也很重要，别以为过了初试复试就不考初试的内容了。最后说一遍，往年真题很重要！！！

这些大概是我个人复试经验的心得体会了，如果有那些地方说的不对或者不完善的地方也请大家多多包涵，互相改进。由于疫情原因今年大部分专业扩招，上岸的可能性更大，不要因为擦线而灰心。努力是唯一的出路，大家的努力都是值得的！祝大家齐齐上岸，一研为定，今年一定研一！

自我介绍

Good morning/afternoon professors. I am very glad to be here for this interview.

First let me introduce myself. My name is Chitim Leung. I am 23 years old. I come from Dongguan, which is a beautiful city in Guangdong Province. I major in Stomatology and I will finish my undergraduate education in *** University in July, 2020. In terms of my qualification, I have passed CET-4 in English and CCT-1 on computer already. From 2018 to 2019, I took part in the course in cooperation between our college and Hong Kong University. It was teaching in English. And I learned a lot by the form of PBL. From September to November, 2019, I got more training opportunities in *** Hospital. I participated in plenty of operations as an assistant, including Maxillofacial tumor, injuries and Orthognathic surgery.

My strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them down. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finished a job and it turns out just as I’d planed. Also, I have a high sense of responsibility. I will try my best to do what I should do. I am able to bear hardship and stand hard work. I like to interact with people and I am good at communication.

What’s more, there must be many things to learn if I were enrolled into my ideal research field. I hope I can go on for further study about the knowledge of Stomatology. My express wish is to improve my ability of research. I am dreaming of the participation of some relevant research of my major. For this reason, I will get more experience in practice. And what’s more, I except to continue my study for doctorate degree if it is possible. In a word, I am looking forward to making up a solid foundation for future profession.

英文问答

1.      How do you plan to study for your graduate programme?

In my opinion, the study method is of great importance for research. So firstly, I will choose a certain approach in my study area with your guidance. Then, I will draw a pragmatic research plan and time schedule. I hope I can form a systematic view of my major. Thirdly, I will make myself be familiar with the latest development of this area by reading books and journals. I do hope I will get somewhere in this field/ If necessary, I will continue my research and study to earn the PHD degree.

2.      Why do you plan to make master’s degree?

When I was a junior, I had an internship at *** hospital. I was deeply impressed by the case report from a senior in a great rounds. At that time, I made a decision to achieve a master’s degree. And last year, I had an internship at *** hospital. I was more determined. The students there are very knowledgeable. For example, they can pinpoint the nerves. And their reading reports are very comprehensive. I realized the gap between myself and them as well as the gap between myself and my target, So I want to achieve a master’s degree to improve myself.

3.      Why did you choose our university?

As is well-known, *** University is an outstanding school with a high qualified faculty and strong academic environment. And I finished my undergraduate education in *** University. So I know our college has the well-equipped labsand the modern education technical center. Also, the professors are very knowledgeable. So I think it’s a good place for me to achieve the master’s degree.

4.      What are your spare time interests?

In my spare time, I enjoy taking part in some activities held by student clubs. Moreover, badminton, volleyball and riding are my passions, which can enrich my campus life very much, and also benefit me in many ways, like making a lot of friends. And I also like to read some research to make a powerpoint.

5.      What do you do during the Spring Festival?

Because of the epidemic, I stayed at home during the Spring Festival. And I read some researches about the ***(Major), like ***, ***. And I sum up them in a powerpoint.

6.      Why do you choose to study in our major?

With the time going on, the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I am really interested in the ***. All of the majors have their own relevant courses, all the courses have their own meaning, value, and purpose. And I find that all the subjects can not depart from the ***. So I want to choose in this major.

7.      Which is the best course in our school?

All the courses have their own meaning, value, and purpose. So I suppose all of them are the best.

8.      Please describe yourself about the character.

9.      Which kind of professor do you like best?

All my college teachers are my favorite teachers. They are knowledgeable and dedicate themselves to work. I adore them very much. I can learn a lot from them.

10.  What has been your greatest accomplishment?

I will try my best to accomplish my plan as soon as possible. I am not distracted by circumstance and I never give up my choose, such as this postgraduate exams.

11.  If you failed this time what will you do in the near future?

I very clear that life is not successful at anytime, it is full of challenge, so I prepare for receiving challenge coming from life and I also tell myself I never give up at any moment. Now, I only want to try my best to pass this challenge. No matter what the result is, I never give up my pursuit and my dream.

12.  Say a little about teamwork.

“Two heads are better than one”. With the development of society, it’s more and more vital for people of the modern society to cooperate with others. Today we have many competition, it’s urgent for each of us to have the ability to cooperate with others, which makes everything become more and more efficient.

13.  What changes do you anticipate in our school?

To be honested, I think *** University has been pretty excellent in many respects. It’s better to spend more time on teaching and learning foreign languages, especially in English listening and speaking. Only then will we have a better English using environment.

14.  What do you think about the epidemic?

I would like to express my thanks to those medical staffs who work hard at the front line day and night as well as those who provide meterials to us. Thanks to their efforts, we feel a sense of warmth in the face of the epidemic. And thanks to them, our society can come back to life as soon as possible. And that’s why we can hold this graduate student enrollment test here. Also through this epidemic I understand deeper of the importance of continuous learning. Because knowledge can help us predict and prevent possible future risks.

15.  What is your biggest weakness?

Well, my biggest weakness is that I am kind of a perfectionist. So I try to detail every factor. So when I cooperate with someone. They will find me annoying sometimes because I might push them too hard and give them some deadlines. So now I try to communicate with others to know how they feel about the task. So not always try to push them too hard. And I also give myself some buffering time to smell the fresh air.

16.  Tell something about PBL.

Well, the full name of PBL is problem base learning. It’s a new teaching method based on the problems. Our students of 2015 took lead in teaching reform, which have change the traditional teaching to PBL. This form further tests the ability of learning. And we can learn more professional knowledge than ever before by PBL. It’s not just limited to textbook.We should read the researches from the journal. My group has achieved comprehensive English teaching. We may do a presentation in the class. Maybe it’s quite a difficult for me, but I tried my best.

17.  Tell something about internship.

From May.2019 until now, I have an internship at *** hospital. I rotated most of departments, including ***. And I learned a lot in every department. Like the inquiry and clinical operation details. And I will write it down in my notebook. When I meet a problem, I will ask my teacher or read some researches to find out the answer. From Sept. to Nov.2019, I had an internship at ***. I saw many cases, which could expand my horizons. At the same time, I learned how to suture and change the dressing. And I have the chance to assist in vascular anastomosis. All in all, I realized my disadvantage through this internship and I will redouble my efforts.

18.  说一下你的优缺点。

我的优点主要有两点，第一我有耐心，性格沉稳，遇到事情能够冷静解决。第二，我有毅力，有计划，比如说我大二考取驾照，大三考取六级，还有如今考研都是按照计划进行。相对来说我也有缺点，我认为我现在读书还不够多，在相关领域的研究涉猎还比较少，我会在将来的日子里加大对于文献阅读的投入。

19.  你认为本科生和研究生的区别主要是什么？

我认为主要有三点区别。第一，教育上有区别，本科生注重通识教育，研究生注重知识的精炼，培养科研思维。第二，在学习方式上有区别，本科生大多是吸收式学习，而研究生是研究式学习。第三，自主性不同，研究生自主性相对来说更强。以上就是我的见解。
