Isolated oculomotor nerve palsy has a high specificity for associated aneurysms. Aneurysms of the posterior communicating artery, as one example, have a 50% rupture rate. If a clinical diagnosis of IOP is made, what imaging is obtained?
单纯动眼神经麻痹与动脉瘤密切相关，如50%后交通动脉瘤会出现破裂。如果临床提示为动眼神经麻痹，应该做什么影像学检查？
Answer 答案：
Recent studies suggest that CTA is more sensitive than MRI. An unenhanced CT is not sensitive enough to see most aneurysms. Therefore, CTA is a reasonable first step in imaging for a patient with IOP.
最近研究提示脑CT血管造影（CTA）要比核磁共振（MRI）敏感。CT平扫对许多脑动脉瘤不敏感。因此脑CTA对于单纯动眼神经麻痹患者应该是首选的。
