所以，面试之前做到问题和回答胸有成竹，脱口而出，导师会十分喜欢的。

但是面试时候问的许多问题也会围绕你的自我介绍，所以整理好你的自我介绍，猜一猜可能会问什么问题，或者找师兄姐或者实习时候的带教们，请他们帮忙进行一次简单的面试，看看他们会问些什么？同时也请他们给出建议，收获也是很大的。

Q1为什么选择XX大学/XX城市？（重点问题了，经常问）

第一个方面，我非常喜欢XX大学以及XX大学的医学院，它历史很悠久，有许多优秀、让人很敬佩的老师，也培养了很多优秀的人才，在我实习的时候也遇到许多本科、硕士、或者是博士是来自XX大学的师兄姐们，在和他们相处的过程中，不光是领略了他们对于XX的爱，并且XX有非常卓越的研究平台，浓厚的学术氛围，在这里学习能够的极大的提升自我能力。第二个方面，XX城市是个有独特韵味的城市，他的传统文化与现代化相互交结，整个城市非常的开放，我从小生活在XX城市，上小学前也在XX城市住过一段时间，喜欢这里的文化气息，人情味，这里的一切对我来说有着一种说不清道不明的亲切，所以我也希望我可以更深刻的领略广州，可以在这片土地上深造，。

Q1·Why do you choose XX University / XX city?

 On one hand, XX University is an excellent university in China, and its medical school and the affiliated hospitals are well-known around the country. In addition, a very excellent research platform is composed by these medical school and hospitals as well as a strong academic atmosphere. Studying here, I absolutely could greatly enhance my abilities.

 On the other hand, XX is a wonderful city. It is attractive to me by its modernization and traditional culture. I grew up in the XX, and I have been in XX before I go to the primary school. XX is fairly boiling with cultural atmosphere and humanity, I feel warm here, so I hope I can know more about XX, and have the chance to further study here.

Q2为什么你选择乳腺科？（根据实际情况更改）（也是重点问题）

首先我从小认为乳腺是女性引以为傲的器官之一，它赋予了女性一种美，不光是形体上的，乳腺的结构就像树根一样，可以充满营养的哺育着下一代，而且我非常享受在乳腺外科的实习经历，在乳腺外科的动手机会非常多，小到穿刺活检，大到参与乳腺癌的相关手术，而且带教老师也比较信任我放手让我操作，比如让我尝试分离组织、美容缝合，很有参与感。而且就目前来说，经过综合治疗，就算是乳腺癌的患者也可以获得较好的生活质量和长的生存寿命，让人很有成就感。选择乳腺外科，大概是因为我喜欢这种解决问题的方式吧。

Q2 Why do you choose general surgery/ mammary gland diagnosis and treatment center?

 ·First of all, I always believe that mammary gland is one of the organ that is proud of women, is the beauty of women, not only of the shape, the structure of mammary gland is like the root of a tree, which is full of nutrition to nurture the next generation. In addition, I really enjoy the internship experience in the department of mammary gland surgery. There are lots of practice opportunities. From core needle biopsy and some kinds of surgery of breast cancer, both I have participate in, and my teachers trust me and let me try to separate tissues and beauty suture

As for now, through complex treatment, people who even suffer breast cancer can attain pretty good life quality and long lifetime, which gives the sense of achievement. Why I choose mammary gland surgery, probably because I like this way to solve the problem.

Q3 tell me something about your college? /major

 I am graduating from XX University, a key comprehensive university which is listed in '985/211 Project'. Moreover,XX University is the Paramount School of Overseas Chinese Students, with the history over 110 years. It develops into a comprehensive university with efforts of generations, especially after reform and opening up. It shares many same characteristics with XX Medical University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years ‘studying there made me an independent, optimistic and responsible girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.

Q5 family

There are six members in my family, my parents, my sister, my younger brother, my cute dog of 7years old and me. My father is a manager of a factory, and my mother is an accountant of a company. My family is very harmony, for instance, we usually do the housework together. Hiking or climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. They can strengthen our relation too. During my preparing for coming here, my families ’love and support have always been my power and I hope in future I will be able to repay them.

Q6 strength or weakness

I think that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to getting things down. And I am a very action motivated girl. I can feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned. In addition, I have set high goal for myself, that’s one of the reasons why I want to come here and further study. As for shortage, probably, I am such a perfectionist that I won’t stop until the mission is well done. And when I meet a new question, I always think lots of it and every aspect of it, however, maybe it just is a very easy question.

Q6优点缺点（写自己缺点可不能写太狠了）

我认为我最大的优点是能坚持和有能力。我是一个行动积极的女孩。事无大小，无论难易，当做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的预想时，我就会有一种真正的成就感。另外，我有理想，我为自己定下了很高的目标，我向往向更高的平台，追求更优秀的自己，这也是我为什么要来这里学习的原因之一。至于短处，也许我是一个有点完美主义者，会尽力把事情做到较完美，在完成任务之前我不会停止。还有就是当我遇到一个新问题的时候，我总是会思考很多问题，但每一个方面都会考虑很多，虽然它可能只是一个很简单的问题。虽然说可能会耗时很久，但是其实在思考的过程中，我也是可以收获到很多东西的。

When comes to my plan if I get the chance to study here, I believe that my diligence will make me study well in this field. I will concentrate on the study and clinic and research in this field. First I will try my best learn the theoretical knowledge, constructing a solid base for my future work. Second, I would like to do the practical work and do the research with the help of supervisors and classmate. And I hope I can form a systematic view of diagnosis and treatment of mammary gland and make a solid foundation for the future profession after 3 years study here.

Q8 first aid certification

Yes, getting the first aid certification makes me quite be proud of it. One of the reasons why I determined to join in the first aid group is that we are students who major in clinical medicine when we are in the campus, we don’t have practicing physician qualification and we don’t have enough experience like doctors in the hospital. However, my desire to help people who are in trouble is very strong, so I didn’t hesitate to join in the first aid group when I hear the news that we can use our knowledge and skill to help people who are facing emergence if we got the first aid certificate. I am proud of this certificate and I feel really happy that I can help people around me.

是的，获得急救认证让我感到非常自豪。我决定加入急救小组的原因之一是，我们是在校园里主修临床医学的学生，我们没有执业医师资格，也没有足够的经验，就像医院里的医生一样。但是，我帮助那些有困难的人的愿望是非常强烈的，所以我毫不犹豫地加入了急救小组，当我听到消息说，如果我们拿到急救证书，我们可以用我们的知识和技能来帮助那些面临紧急情况的人。我为这个证书感到骄傲，我很高兴能帮助身边的人。

Q 9三下乡

That was in 2015, one of our classmate suggested that we can join the activities of 三下乡 together, held by the school, which purpose is to let the rural areas know about the contents of culture, science and technology, and health, and to promote the development of rural culture, science and technology, and health. It is also the concrete embodiment of our party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. As for us, we went to Fujian sanming. We tested eyesight and blood pressure and other physical examinations of the villagers, offering free medical consultation and making questionnaire surveys. What’s more we visit local clinic. After this activity, it gave me a lot. I realize that medical educations in rural areas still have a long way to go, and we also should attach much importance to medical education.

Q10 volleyball

Bring me a lot of glory, happiness and passion. I love doing the team work. I like the feeling of the heart of the whole team is gather together. Solidarity, cooperation and friendship are the best thing I attain from joining the school volleyball team. And I believe that we also need these great qualities during carry out medical work when we are in the hospital.

Q11 most impressive patient

There are so many impressive patients during my internship. But when it comes to the most impressive one, I think it’s a patient who suffered from fibroadenoma. She didn’t know much of the operation and my teacher explained it in details for her，relaxed and comforted her. And when we operated on her, my teacher trusts me so much and let me try to do the incision and suture even though that was the first time I join in the operation, it really inspired me. And after the operation, the patient recovered perfectly and appreciated us so much. I realize that books and clinical have great difference, besides basic knowledge, it also needs much responsibility, carefulness, patience and skills to communicate with patients to have the good relationships with them. I really gained a lot from this case.

Q11 印象最深刻的病人

我实习期间有很多让人印象深刻的病人。但说到最令人印象深刻的。我认为这是一个病人患了乳腺纤维腺瘤。她对手术不太了解，我的老师给她详细解释了一下，放松和安慰她。当我们给她做手术的时候，我的老师非常信任我，让我试着做切口和缝合，尽管这是第一次参加手术，这真的启发了我。手术后，病人恢复得很好，非常感激我们。我发现书和临床有很大的差别，除了基本的知识，这需要多大的责任，细心、耐心和技巧与患者与他们的良好关系。我从这个案子中得到了很多。
