小鼠心脏移植模型可不可以C57BL/6给Balb/c？

请问各位战友，本人做小鼠心脏移植模型，需要通过尾静脉注射，但是C57BL/6的尾静脉注射太难了，文献上大多数都是Balb/c心脏移植给C57BL/6,但是查到一篇（Ge W, Jiang J, Baroja ML, et al. Infusion of mesenchymal stem cells and rapamycin synergize to attenuate alloimmune responses and promote cardiac allograft tolerance. Am J Transplant. 2009. 9(8): 1760-72）是C57BL/6心脏移植给Balb/c，请问大家可不可以用bala/c小鼠做受体，这样尾静脉注射会容易一些？
