大家好，我最近要灌肠做结肠炎模型，从网上找了些资料，但是更具体的实践经验和注意事项还烦请各位指点一下。比如，大家的管子是从哪个公司买的什么管子呢？还有灌肠时小鼠的体位和进管子时的角度？
将禁食 24 小时、不禁水的 BALB/C 小鼠直肠灌注 2mgTNBS+50%乙醇溶液。在第 1 天、第 8 天按 0.1ml/10g 氯安酮/安定腹腔内注射或者异氟烷吸入麻醉小鼠后，3.5F 导管从肛门插入肠道深约 3.5cm，灌注 TNBS/乙醇溶液各 100μl，之后将小鼠倒置 60 秒。观察每日临床表现并化验便常规。
For colitis induction, mice were anesthetized with isofluran gas. TNBS (Sigma–Aldrich) was dissolved in 0.9%NaCl/ethanol (50:50 vol / vol), and 50 μl solution (at a dose of 100 mg/ kg body weight)was administered intrarectally (using a 3.5 French catheter; SolomonScientific), and the mice then were kept in a vertical position for 30 seconds.No－colitis control mice received PBS intragastrically and 0.9% NaCl/ethanol(50:50 vol / vol) intrarectally (30). Colitis control mice received PBSintragastrically and received TNBS intrarectally.
