【求助】在线急等，关于DS2019表

请战友们帮忙看看国外秘书刚发给我的DS2019 电子版copy：
我一个月前收到的电子邀请函是工作一年年薪为3万多(As an accepted Postdoctoral Research Fellow of this institution, you will receive from XXX an annual
salary of $39,000.00 plus fringe benefits as outlined in the manual of Policies and Procedures for Postdoctoral Fellows
enclosed. )(I am pleased to accept the appointment as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in XXX, Department
of XXX for the year beginning 9/3/2012, through 9/2/2013.)，现在2019表唯一的疑问是我的年限变成了3年，而总薪水（total)还是写的$39,000.00 ，如果按平均的话这样年薪岂不是就只有1万多了？我知道对方医院肯定是给我3万多一年的，然后每年续签，但2019表上这个表述是有问题吗？是秘书笔误还是大家的表格都是这样的？
