最近在做一个产品的炽灼残渣，发现中国药典对恒重（EP：constant mass, usp: constant weight）的定义与欧美的不同，内容分别如下：
CP2005：恒重，除另有规定外，系指供试品连续两次干燥或炽灼后的重量差异在0.3mg以下的重量；干燥至恒重的第二次及以后各次称重均应在规定条件下继续干燥1小时后进行；炽灼至恒重的第二次称重应在继续炽灼30分钟后进行。
EP6.0: The terms "dried to constant mass" and "ignited to constant mass" mean that 2 consecutive weighings do not differ by more than 0.5mg, the second weighing following an additional period of drying or of ignition respectively appropriate to the nature and quantity of the residue.
USP30: Ignition to Constant Weight — The specification “ignite to constant weight ” means that the ignition shall be continued, at 800 ± 25 unless otherwise indicated, until two consecutive weighings do not differ by more than 0.5mg per g of substance taken, the second weighing following an additional 15-minute ignition period.
我想请问各位高手，系统误差及仪器误差真的能保证0.3mg比0.5mg的差额准确吗？
中国药典又是出于什么考虑而制定的标准呢？
