通过对唐古特大黄中化学成分的系统分离和筛选,发现白藜芦醇苷具有显著的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。体内研究结果显示,口服白藜芦醇苷可显著抑制正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠餐后血糖的增加,并呈剂量依赖性。此外,通过酶动力学分析和分子对接实验,确定了白藜芦醇苷对α-葡萄糖苷酶的竞争性抑制机制。
