我正遇到这样的问题，用EXCEL打开芯片数据，部分基因名称被改掉了。不知道如何处理？还有其他软件打开不会更改名称吗？
防止意外出错的办法是在第一次打开这文件之前，先复制并制造一个同样的文件作为备份，万一基因名变更后还有原始文件的备份，就不用怕了。Barry R Zeeberg的一个建议是使用上游程序对芯片数据预处理，即用间隔符或撇号连接在基因名的前面。
