职位描述JOB PURPOSE:
-Develop individualized engagement plans for target KOLs in specific area
-Engage county-level opinion leaders / influencers in scientific dialogue on disease state and relevant product information
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
?External KOL Management
1.Identify critical scientific personnel in hospitals, academia and other institutions for Sanofi
2.Develop and coordinate engagement plans for scientific personnel
3.Effectively engage with scientific personnel to advance scientific and medical dialogue for a specific therapy or disease
4.Organize and run external scientific events for Sanofi about relevant disease or therapeutic topics
?Internal Support
1.Provide scientific support to the commercial team as necessary
2.Collect key insights about the market, competitors, therapies and customers and communicate them to the Medical Liaison Manager/Head
3.Actively participate in on-going capabilities building sessions to improve medical knowledge, soft skills and technical skills.
