【求助】GAL4/UAS系统质粒构建

问题：
1.构建Promoter–GAL4 Vector的时候要用到promoterfragment,BamHI/NotI fragment of pGaTB和 P-element vector，
是说把前两者构建至P-element vector吗？？P-element transformation是什么？？其什么作用？？GAL4的ATG是什么？？
2.构建Enhancer Detection–GAL4 Vector的时候用的是pP[GawB](GAL4, white, BamHI)哪一段？P-transposase promoter的作用是什么？？white selectable marker的作用是什么？？
3.构建UAS line 的时候是在pP[UAST]的EcoRI与XbaI之间插入targetgene 和report gene吗？？
4.总的来说就是：用GAL4/UAS系统构建转基因果蝇的时候用到的三种载体pGaTB，pP[GawB]，pP[UAST]，这三个的作用分别是什么？GAL4 line和UAS line是怎么构建的？？
