【交流】资深母语编辑SCI论文修改示范专帖 — 供学习、借鉴、模仿

这个帖子发布于6年零195天前，其中的信息可能已发生改变或有所发展。

我们每日为战友润色一段论文，完全由母语编辑润色完成，我们将会把修改记录以截图的形式粘贴出来作为范例供大家学习、借鉴、模仿，甚至拍砖。

凡是认为自己论文的英文表达有待改善且愿意把修改记录（Word修订模式）作为范例拿出来和大家分享的战友都可以把相应的论文内容（不超过200字/单词）跟帖粘贴出来，我们将按跟帖顺序每日为一名战友进行修改。

希望母语编辑的示范性修改能帮助大家在SCI论文的英文表达方面找到感觉。

以下几点请注意（根据具体情况还会增加注意事项）：

1.由于论文修改的特点以及编辑本人的时间有限，每天无法对过多的论文内容进行修改，所以暂时设定为周一至周五每日为一位战友（原则上是当日第一位跟帖的战友）修改不超过200字的内容。

2.论文内容粘贴后，有些单词会连到一起（如：Space between somewords willdisappear），请点击”编辑“，将空格消除（如：Space between some words will disappear），以保证良好的显示效果。

3. 两次段落修改不能来自于同一篇论文。

），故周一至周五进行论文修改，周六日不修改。

Introduction

Introductiom:
”Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) affects 20% to 40% of the Western population, and the figures continue to increase. This condition generates significant treatmentcosts and reduces life quality. Manyquestions regarding the cause, pathophysiology, and optimal treatment of CRS remain unanswered. Up to date, the goal of CRS treatment is to achieve and maintainclinical control, but not radical cure.

The 2007 International Dry Eye Workshop broadened the definition of dry eye disease as a multifactorial disease that results in discomfort, visual disturbance, and tearfilm instability with potential damage to the ocular surface. Dry eye is accompanied by increased tear film osmolarity and ocular surface inflammation,which can impose a negative impact on life quality. No uniform criteria, nor a goldstandard diagnostic test, are effective for the diagnosis of dry eye disease. This condition can belargely diagnosed based on symptoms.

Chronic pharyngitis is also a chronic disease that disturbs many people, with few effective treatments. The cause of it may be allergy,environmental irritants, vocal abuse or misuse, or laryngopharyngeal reflux.

The above three diseases have some common characteristics: their cause, pathophysiology and optimal treatment remain unclear. “

Thecomas are rare,solid sex-cord stromal ovarian tumours, which account for approximately 0.5% -1% of primary ovarian lesions. Although thecomas are often mixed with fiber components(called fibrothecoma), it is now regarded thecoma or fibrothecoma originatedfrom ovarian medulla as a different etiology from fibroma, which originate fromthe cortex. Owing to the lower prevalence, the imagingappearances of thecomas still are not fully investigated. Considering thecoma and fibrothecoma as the mostcommon solid primary ovarian tumors and frequent misdiagnosis as uterinefibroids,however, to enrich the knowledge of imagemanifestations of thecoma is of paramount importance for radiologists in order tocorrectly, preoperatively diagnose this disease.
