mayo clinic的1分钟听力，短小，听写所需时间也不长。听写需要的是坚持，需要的是高频。让我们共同提高！

本次题目为Blood Pressure and Diabetes，截止日期为1月25日。

听写规则：

kidney damage, eye damage, nerve damage the least of possible complications from diabetes is along one, something else she can had at least is blood pressure. if the diabetes may affect on your kidneys.you can see high blood pressure,as you reduce the ability to get rid of the extra salt and water in your diet.that rises your risk for cardiovascular problems .but doctor
john grey of the kidney and blood pressure specialist of mayo clinic says:diabetes can also affect the autonomic nerve system.that part of neuro system that you don't have to think about,that regulate your blood pressure as you stand up ,sit down and lie down then you may be afflicted by low blood pressure.
low blood pressue can lead the light headacheness,dizziness,and loss of balance.fitting and false.
high or low are both good reasons to make sure you have your diabetes under controll.
