[求助]分类资料的相关分析

我检测了p53和bcl-2蛋白的表达，分析它们之间有无相关性。资料如下：

因只算了阳性率，未将结果进行分级,用SPSS行四格表分析，得卡方＝4.62 p=0.03 有显著性差异,

2.我报告结果为有相关，且r=0.332，如何对r行显著性检验和报告p值? 是否spss已报告结果为sr=0.145 p＝0.032 呵呵，不要骂我菜了
3. 本资料符合x2检验的条件，但同时Fisher's Exact Test显示的结果为p=0.055, 究竟以那个为准？
4. 能否计算Kappa值说明两指标表达的一致性？它和r的主要意义区别在哪？
